My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spotlessly clean and super comfy, especially the bed was like a cloud, and the air conditioning kept me nice and cool. The shower was great, and the bathroom was squeaky clean. The only downside was the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room and the unreliable wifi.

The service was top-notch throughout my stay. The staff, especially Mr Sally at the reception, went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The restaurant service was exceptional, and the friendly reception staff even upgraded us to a room with a breathtaking Nile view.
